I frequently visit Rainbow to buy chemicals for my hot tub that I purchased there several years ago. I have always found the sales staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Moveover, I have been extremely satisfied with my hot tub. I definitely would not hesitate to go back there for my next big purchase.

I visited this store recently after going to another store that was out of business. I read the reviews and was sort of worried about what to expect but this store was close so I decided to get some chemicals. I was so surprised to see how nice and helpful that they were. They showed me some new products and also told me some things I was doing wrong.

I was having a problem with my heater and they told me some things to try. I fixed it on my own! I have worked with some other stored in Columbus and nobody was as helpful as the people at Rainbow. I plan on getting a newer spa in a couple of years and I will definitely buy from them. My experience was great!

I purchased my spa from Rainbow and have been extremely pleased with the choice. I owe this to the friendly and Knowledgeable experts at Rainbow who offered such a wide selection of tubs, products and awesome service. What I appreciated most is the wonderful product service - I just call them up and place an order for the chemicals and supplies I need and they deliver them right to my door. You just can't beat that - and with a smile too! I wouldn't go any place else. Thanks Rainbow.

RAINBOW PROVIDED EXCELLENT PRODUCTS AND HELPFUL INFORMATION TO MAINTAIN MY NEW HOT TUB. I DID NOT BUY MY HOT TUB FROM RAINBOW BUT WISHED I HAD. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND KNEW THIER PRODUCTS. NO HYPTS JUST FACTS. THANK YOU RAINBOW , YOU ARE THE BEST.
