This place is a joke! Certified? more like certifiable..... They had a sign for an oil change for 29.99 so I stopped in. After a reasonable amount of time, the owner ( Mike ) came and told me that my truck needed more work ( several hundred dollars more... ) I politely declined and paid my bill of $34.99 with 2 twenty dollar bills. They didn't have change. No one there had a 5 dollar bill. I told them to just forget about it. Later, I was at Thortons and decided to check my oil. The dipstick was bone dry!! I had to buy 2 more quarts!!! I was livid!! I called the Pit Stop immediately and spoke with Mike. I told him about what happened and said "didn't you know that my trailblazer takes 7 quarts of oil?" He said Oh,...well maybe I should put up a sign in the shop stating that trailblazers take 7 quarts...just like caddys and there are some ford trucks that take 6...." No apology, no offer to make things right.... NOTHING.... So I said. "I just wanted to let you know that your "mechanic" is incompetent"" and hung up. So this oil change ended up costing me 50 dollars and wasn't even done properly. If your ever driving past The pit Stop on Williams Road.....KEEP ON DRIVING!!!
