I personaly understand everything that is going on winsor and marysville greens are hard to live for i had to go as far as contacting HUD and ohio civil rights and are still dealing with it . my boyfriend is now homless with nowhere to go in winter and you know whats funny he always paid his rent on time passed all inspections and when he left the place was so clean that after 4 years of him living there they moved someone right in a week later it was like it was when he moved in. now when he tries to move somewhere else they block him what kind of people do that. all beceause resident and managment are best friends. i dont belive that it should be aloud that managment live where they work its conflict of intrest. just one o the many things that are not right with the system.

To the "guest" reporting about Gary Shank. I don't know him personally, however I do know of the company you speak of. Management does not have the right to interfere with personal goings on. If there is a problem, it needs to be reported in writing directly to the corporate office. They are listed, so there should be no problem finding the address or the phone number for that matter. It seem way to easy to speak harshly about a company when they may not know anything of what you speak of. If we turn the story around, how would you feel if we said all this about you? Would you appreciate what was being said, and that it is said online where others can see it? What it going on here is a rip apart of a man and the company he works for. Be angry with the man, but until you have further facts, don't blame the company. I don't work for the Showe's, nor do I know Mr. Shank. I just don't see the point in ripping apart someone online! It's rather sick, really.

If I got this right, it say in the employee handbook that a employee is NOT ALLOWED to have any kind of relations with a resident. Then why are they letting their maintance man Greg Shank from Marysville Green have one. Do to this my best friend and her kids(Gregs wife and kids) had to leave the apartment just because he works for the company and that left them homeless.Now personally I think they need to look more to their handbooks then worry to much about the money.SO GENTLEMEN IF YOU ARE RENTING FROM MARYSVILLE GREEN OR WINDORMINOR PLEASE BE CAREFUL cause you don`t know who else family this man will break up. What makes it worse is I know for fact that she told the managers about the affair but they said it was none of their business but their just lazy and didn`t want to go by rule. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD CLOSE THIER DOORS.(HOMEWREAKER)
