I am a former patient of Dr. Garas and I have never been treated more poorly. She is flaky, unprofessional, frequently unavailable and remarkably unhelpful for one who is in a profession where people need compassion and care. I cannot recommend enough that you avoid choosing her for your care, if care is what you have in mind.
