When asked to stop the solicitation calls for an upcoming Levy, Dina (receptionist) was rude, uncooperative and hung up on me twice. I called three times total and never got my request to cease contact and also remove my phone number from their phone solicitations completed. When asked to have someone call me back or to speak with someone else about the matter to ensure my request was honored, SHE REFUSED.
