This place was okay for a while and now things are going back to the way they use to be. Andrea the older black lady in the office has quit and the new girl in the office is just like what they hired before. Laronda is her name and she will act okay until you get moved in and then the minute you get your keys to you apartment it is down hill from there. I had confidence in dealing with Andrea she did just what she told you she was going to do. She really cared about you move in and made sure things were okay at least she did for me. My neighbor was moved in by Laronda and right into some bed bugs. All she will give you is a lot of excuses and delays I don't even think she really reports your work you want done in your apartment. The office is closed and no one answers the phone. They should have kept Andrea she cared about the conditions we lived in. Now I hear there are a lot of apartments with BED BUGs. If I get them from my neighbor I'm moving. There are a lot of mattress laying around the property. 7 months to go and I'm out of this hole. they really dont care or they would keep the good people ilike Andrea.
