***** WARNING ***** The review of Heather Johnson should not be given the weight of a grain of salt. While she may believe that North Kenny Veteranary Hospital provides exceptional animal health care to the animals it serves, that opinion in no way shape or form negates the fact that, they, and, more particularly, Morgan, a staff member of North Kenny Veteranary Hospital, acquiesced to, and, did knowingly and willingly participated in, Heather Johnson's elaborate scheme to unlawfully remove, under false pretense, the dogs placed in the custody and control of Antonio Espinosa, by facilitating the kiddnapping of said dogs thirty minutes after they were dropped off for what was to be a routine visit. Under no circumstance should your animals be left unattended at North Kenny Veteranary Hospital while Morgan remains employed there. While I believe Dr. Goode and Dr. Ott were not privy to Morgan's grant of Heather Johnson's use of their facility for the facilitation of the kidnapping of another person's dogs, their refusal to immediately demand the resignation and removal of staff member
Morgan, creates an environment that I cannot condone, nor recommend. USE THIS FACILITY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

We have had NOTHING but positive experiences with the veterinarians and all of the staff at North Kenny. We have been using them as our primary veterinarian in the Columbus area for the IGCA Italian Greyhound Rescue, Ohio chapter, for multiple years. They take excellent care of our foster dogs and many of our foster homes have become clients of them too because they are so awesome. I cannot say enough positive things about this vet clinic - they are simply amazing and TRULY and have the welfare of your pet as their priority.

Do not beig your pet here!!!! The vets are wonderful but the staff is absolutely aweful! They try to diagnose problems by themselves when you call and they always "forget" to pass information on to the vets. We even had an emergency one time and the person answering the phone told us the doctors would get back with us next week!!! On another occasion they tried telling me certain meds/dosages where cheaper but I caught them in a lie when I called the pharmacy myself and asked.

I could go on and on but please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place is really really bad.

We love this place, the front desk ladies are very kind, the doctors are great, very friendly to both my children, me and our animals. They take very good care of our animals. I was so happy to find a good vet for our animals to go in Columbus!

Because I knew Claudia, a college acquaintance, worked for North Kenny Veterinary Hospital. I decided to board my dog Mimi, when I traveled out of state many times. Flying out of Columbus though I live in Dayton. Claudia and her team has earned my complete trust. Each time I take Mimi there to board, she is always happily greeted by the staff. Given her old age and being slightly deaf, she always wags her tail and tries to pull on the leash as we enter the building. I am confident that she is in good hands during her stay there. The many calls to get updates on how she was doing, were quick to be answered by Claudia and the team. A great place for any pet to stay.

This is a really good vet hospital. The vets are knowledgeable and very kind. The staff is very personable and professional - from the receptionist to the vet techs to the kennel staff to the office manager - just very nice people who all clealy like animals. My dogs receive excellent care and the prices are reasonable. We followed Dr. Ott from her former practice to Kenny Road because good vets are hard to find and once you find a vet that both you and your dogs like - you keep them. I would recommend this vet office to anyone.

Disappointed. I found the Vets at North Kenny to be exceptionally unprofessional. Services were performed that were not requested, all the while they spoke unprofessionally of other vets. Though greeted fairly well at the onset, I left feeling quite insulted due to their lack of professional conduct and lack of people skills in general. To add salt to the wound, their billing clerk mis-billed at the time of service, and called later to say that I still owed more than I'd paid already. Avoid the agravation, choose another vet.

I have been taking my two special needs/old cats to Swenson/North Kenny hospital for 1.5 years now. What I love about this practice is how they never try to sell unnecessary medicine for profit unlike some other vets I have been to in Columbus. They have always given a prescription for me to buy medicine from wherever I want. Reasonable prices and great care.

Have been taking my dogs and cats to this practice over the last 12 years and have always received excellent care for them. very good office to make appointments at with little difficulty getting in.

We had two kittens claws removed and they were up and running the next day. They can use their digits amazingly well. Picking up toys with ease. It is the best job I have ever seen.
