If this is the same New Life Properties of Ohio that seems to run Eden of Whitehall then they are TERRIBLE!!! Daughter has had bedbugs since she moved in there and they give one excuse after the other when someone does answer the phone. Daughter has 4 kids including a set of twin 7 year olds who continue to get ate up. The most recent excuse that they have used for the past few months in corona.... Why that stops them from spraying when no one is home is beyond me but that is the most recent. They do not list a phone number to reach them of course and won't connect you to mangers. I and going to go tomorrow and sit my butt doen in their office and make sure I show them pictures of the welts on my grandkids as well as of the bedbugs and their leavings on the walls. I HOPE this is just a problem with local management but I am NOT going to let this go on without there being hell to pay! These are my grandkida and I bet the owners don't let family members get ate up with bugs, Not to mention what do we do to stop the bugs from hitching a ride when they do move which it seems that might be how this ends up, BTW daughter has never been late paying rent.
