Provided by SuperpagesCalling is a NIGHTMARE! I was put on hold and sent to an automated service, where I AGAIN, tried to talk to a person about taking a vehicle off my policy. After being put on hold several times, I ended up at a voice mail box where I left a message and was never called back! When I called again, (30 minutes before they closed because they never called me back) I was transferred from the first agent I spoke with to yet another automated service. It took me 45 minutes to talk to someone who could actually help me with my problem. TERRIBLE customer service.
