An emergency repair service was performed on my car by this business in July 2010. Labor was guaranteed for 3 months, parts for 6 months. When my car became inoperable just TWO months after being serviced by this company I took my car to a reputable auto repair service closer to my home and was told that a bolt had not been tightened when the previous repair was made, causing extensive damage to other parts of my car - and additional repair costs. I contacted National Auto Service and asked to have the cost of the labor reimbursed.I was told by the employee that he would need to talk to someone in management. I asked for the number so I could call myself. When I called the number I was given, the same employee answered the phone! I was assured he would talk to a manager about this situation and return my call. I have not received a return phone call as promised and my money has not refunded. I've had to contact the Ohio Attorney General's office, the Better Business Bureau and plan to contact ABC 6 On Your Side to have this issue resolved.
