CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL: Very disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. They lost a belt that attaches to a new dress and offered no refund for the trouble. The salesperson even acted as though it was my fault.

Lost shirts/poor management

They got me on the .99 pet shirt. Bad decision they lost shirts and clothes were habitually not ready when on the date they put on the ticket. Stay way is my advice.

Don't go there! Poor service....

Don't go there! Poor service. Lost merchandise and very slow to respond with solution. After two months of waiting and following up, they never once called us, they finally offered 1/4 of what the dry cleaning cost. This has been a big setback for us to have to replace all of this merchandise, but all they could think about was how this would impact them financially. Really, really poor. Spend a little more and go to a reputable cleaner.
