We had just moved into our condo and had an appointment to get our furniture moved first thing in the morning. The driver called and pushed the delivery time back several hours, which was in inconvenience, but we did agree to since it was only a few hours later. We had family and friends in town to help out and had everything except our large furniture moved in. We then received a call close to the new delivery time and the driver stated he had to push it back again, putting it almost 8 hours later than our original delivery time. We were put in an awful situation, but were forced to agree since we needed our furniture. Finally, the 3rd delivery time arrived and the movers never showed up. We continued to call the driver along with the representative who had assisted us in setting up the delivery, but neither of them answered their phones or returned our messages. We ended up having to pay extra to have a different company move our furniture the next day (which was a Sunday) and nothing got accomplished after speaking with a manager the following Monday. I would never recommend this company.
