This practice makes every patient pay up front. Per my insurance company, I have to pay 20% for fillings. Yet even with proof of this, they made me pay 20% just to make the appointment, and another 20% before they would even treat me! While the dentist herself (KaSheena Hollis, DMD) was great, and even the hygienist was good, the office staff and policies caused me to cancel my appointment and find a new dentist. Also, their behavior was just weird. I got multiple "gifts", a full tour of the office (even the x-ray room and break room) and the staff's concern for my cancer diagnosis was the most fake so-called concern I've ever witnessed. Finally, I had a new patient appointment for a cleaning that took 3 hours! The cleaning lasted 45 minutes. The paperwork, crazy discussions about payment, their inability to find my insurance company on the web (Delta Dental), and other worthless conversation took up the rest of the time. Never again!
