After signing up on their website http://www.usinfosearch.com to do criminal background checks for employees for our non-profit agencies day-care center, we recieved incorrect information and made a terrible hiring decision because of it. Thankfully, the court system has a felony offenders database, and after only a few weeks during another screening the actual information was recieved and appropriate measures were taken before any children were hurt.



When the owner of the company was confronted with this problem and we asked for better, up to date records, we were transfered to techinical support. Their technical support is based in India and apparently so are their programmers.



Terrible communication skills. We were never able to get our problem resolved, and have finally moved to a different company.
