This place doesn't even deserve 1 star to be honest. I waited for more than 15 minutes for a burger and fries. Maybe you're thinking "they were busy"...but there were no other customers inside. There were 2 people ahead of me in the drive-thru and one behind, but they all left. I ordered my burger plain (without condiments) and even explained what I meant, twice. Then when I got to the window, I asked the girl again to make sure she got it. So I wait. And wait. And I will say that the only reason they get one star is because she offered me a free drink during my wait. But then I get my order, start to drive away and re-think that move. Good call, because my burger has all the fixings on it, including mayo. So I take it inside and the girl sees me and says "The fries are still hot!" as though that was why I was coming in. I explained that I realized that, but was more concerned about the burger I asked for plain 3 separate times having everything on it. So she doesn't apologize, takes it in back, and I watch as they remove the bun and toppings and slap a new bun on top. So the mayo, tomato juice and moisture from the lettuce are still on there, effectively ruining it for me (more power to you if that's what you like on your burger but not I). She tossed it into my hands and sent me on my way, no apology, no have a nice day. The total visit took more than 25 minutes and the food was cold by the time I got it home, and terrible. I will never waste my money here again.
