I would say this place is a joke and you dont walk out with cash they give you a check. I spent 3hr fill out paper work and then found out I have to do it twice because my wife is on the title also...They want address for all reference. and phone number. They have dam title you would think that was enough and they need a list for people you might out want to know. and about that they keep it for GOOD you have to got get a NEW title 14 days after you pay it off. If I would rate this with a star it would be ----- None Dont go find another way GOOD LUCK
