If I could give it less than one star I would. Staff put all of their time and energy into decorating the lobby and the model homes. When they give you the keys to your place it doesn’t look anything like the model and you’re basically on your own from there on out. I spent months without heat working and without air conditioning working. There were months that I didn’t have hot water and the elevator didn’t work. It’s slightly post apocalyptic. I just gave my 60 day notice and told them that I was moving out because of the bug issue. I asked him three times to spray and they didn’t do anything. And they didn’t offer to do anything to fix it, the guy just said I don’t blame you.There’s always trash everywhere and dog pee in the elevator, it’s disgusting.
