Ive purchased a dozen cars from Kelly BMW over the years. During that time, I think Ive met most of the people who work at the dealership. I can say, unequivocally, that all of the people Ive encountered at Kelly -- from the Sales Manager to the service writers to the receptionists to the guys in the shop -- have been unflinchingly professional, personable, and willing to go the extra mile. The sales process has always been completely above board, without the usual car dealer bait-and-switch shenanigans. More importantly, that same level of customer service continues long after the sale, too. Whenever Ive had a problem or an issue with one of my cars, I know that it will be adequately addressed by the team at Kelly, giving me one less thing to worry about. I buy BMWs because I love the brand, but I buy them from Kelly BMW because I know that I will be valued as customer long after Ive signed on the dotted line.

Beautiful cars; knowledgable & friendly sales team and service dept. My husband & I have bought and/or leased a total of 5 from Kelly BMW. We wouldn't shop anyplace else for the Ultimate Driving Machine.

The staff at Kelly have always treated me with the utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism. They were also quite efficient and timely in the completion of the work on my car.
