Hudson Import Auto Services (Nahn) is hands down the MOST REPUTABLE auto repair/business owner I've EVER encountered! Nahn is the owner - a most dedicated-hard working hands-on sort of guy. His place is so neat and clean too! He services ALL makes and models not just imports! I would suggest making an appointment though as he's always extremely busy!

I luckily found Hudson Imports and Nahn several years ago. To date has NEVER failed me when my car has needed a specific diagnosis, major repair or just a tune-up... plus its always done right the 1st time.

His complete passion for the work that is done there, his integrity, trust-worthiness, patience, kindness, his vast knowledge with unbeatable prices just can't be compared to a dealership in any way, shape or form!

Also, there's not enough words to describe the lovely human being he is inside and out. He treats his customers and their concerns with great care! Nahn is, without a doubt, a rare find!!

He basically called me a not smart black man! he also gave me the run around for 3 weeks and refused to take my car after fixing it and I was still under warranty and i took it to another shop for a diagnostic, amd he also didnt reset my computer after changing my engine and stuff i also believe he damage my car I paid him 2000 dollars for him to change my engine, water pump, spark plugs, and other stuff oh and he didn't even refill my fluids I had to!

I will never use this business again and if you're smart you will take your car elsewhere.
For starters let me say Nahm has had my car for 6 months yes I said 6 months and it's still not fixed.
I took my car to Kelly BMW to have a diagnostic check to find out what was wrong with my car. After finding out and deciding what was most important to me to have fixed at this present time. The three specific things that I wanted fix were the smoking from the back which I was told was the valve steam. Second, there was a jerk sometimes when I stepped on the gas (transmission work). Third, the check engine light was on and I wanted it off which BMW told me that something needed to be cleaned out (forgot the exact name) nothing major. Now BMW wanted 8,000 to fix those things which were more than I had left on my warranty so I decided to shop around. After going to Hudson Import and telling Namh what I wanted to fix and showing him the papers from BMW he agreed to fix the three things for the money that was left on my warranty which was approximately 4,000. We decided to allow him to do the work.
Once we go to drop the car off Namh immediately start asking if we wanted to get a new engine (used) I repeatedly stated no because I loved the way the car ran I just wanted those three things fixed. So after having my car for about a month I was informed that Nahm was waiting on a camshaft to come in which has nothing to do with my initial request of work to be done (engine work). Nahm took it upon himself to order camshafts because my car was "leaking and burning oil" which took about two months to come in.

Side note: If I take my car to JIFFY to get an oil change and they see I need a new transmission they're not going to take upon their self to order me a transmission they're going to inform me of this and wait for me to give the OK.

Once in Nahm injured his hand and was not able to work on my car for another month and no one else working in this shop that specializes in working on Imported cars is equipped to work on my imported car. So I had to wait until he got all better. Once better it still took 3 more months for him to tell me my car was ready. I go pick up my car and lo and behold there is a new light on one I never saw before with a message telling me my steering sensor is off and to take my car in to be serviced. I was assured by Nahm that the part was on its way and when it came in he would have me bring my car in so he can fix it. So after driving my car for three days I noticed oil on the ground under my car, smelled oil burning, and saw smoke coming from my hood and not to mention the car still jerks when I pull off. So I take the car back to Nahm and guess what was leaking oil yep that's right the camshaft. So as he claims to be fixing the problem I repeatedly ask about the steering sensor (has it came in, when will this be fixed) to no avail (we have been texting all this time so I have the messages to prove all of this). So my boyfriends go to check on the car and came to find out the steering sensor has never been ordered. Namh is waiting for one of his friends (that I assume owns a shop) to get a junk BMW in same as mine so that he can take the part off of it. So who knows how long that would have taken and he would have just strung me along. So my boyfriend was understandably upset and words were said. Do you know Nahm had the audacity to tell him if he comes to his shop again he will shoot him? So we called the police and made a report. The police said believe it or not this is not our first time here for similar things and suggested we sue and press charges and that he believes something needs to be done about the way he treats his customers.

If you want to save yourself time, money and hassle, I would not step foot into this service center. For starters, I was a little late bringing the vehicle in on the tow truck - my appointment was 10am and I arrived at 11:30 am. The owner said he did not have room for my vehicle on his lot because I was late. I had to leave the car on the public street outside of the service lot and I returned the next day to push it on his lot. They kept my Saab 93 for 2 months. Different technicians told me different stories as to diagnosis and they were all confused when I reiterated the version that I was told by another technician. Finally, the owner began consistently telling me that he was waiting on a part which was on back order for 5 weeks - his story stayed the same until I went in yesterday (after 2 months) and he said it has been "put back together" for 2 weeks waiting for me to pick it up. I have audio recording of him stating "we can't do anymore on that," "we don't know what we doing on that." Back to square one. These people are a joke. Save your time and money and keep looking elsewhere
