I recently purchased a business for which Dave and Hitech Lock & Safe have the trademark on the "do not duplicate" key. Because of this, no other locksmith can reproduce this key. I contacted Dave 2 weeks in advance of needing new keys made. Twice I spoke with him and he promised to "get to it" today or tomorrow. I also left him 2 messages that he did not return. Today I called him and he answered the phone saying, "No one's home" and hung up on me. More than 2 weeks later, I still do not have keys for my new employees. If you decide to try this company, BEWARE! I own 2 businesses and he is by far the most unreliable, unprofessional business I have ever dealt with.
