I rented a car and it was spotless. The staff was great when i picked up the car and when I returned it. Johnny was very personable and efficient when i brought the vehicle back.

Clean and in good condition. However, on a football Saturday afternoon no car irrespective of class was equipped with Sat radio.

Bad form ... penny wise and pound foolish!

Anyone who is considering using Hertz be careful. I set up a rental for 4 days for my wife's recent trip. She has not traveled very often and I told her what to do when she rented the car. When I booked the car on the Hertz website I turned down the insurance options. The agents in Ohio convinced her that she needed all the extra insurances. So a rental that should have cost 80 dollars ended up costing 252.55. The agents basically took advantage of someones naivety and up sold them insurances they didn't need. Our regular car insurance would of covered the car without any problems. After talking with the Hertz Corporate, It appears that Columbus is a Licensee and they have no control over them. Doesn't matter to the Corporate offices that a Licensee is showing no ethics in business and is purposely ripping people off. I'm extremely disappointed in the low ethics of this company and will be taking my business else ware...
