Mike was very professional. Another company wanted to charge me an outrageous price but Mike was fair and affordable and serviced my furnace immediately! This company is the best around! They will definitely be getting my business from now on!

The technician from Heartland came to my home to check on our pool heater. It is a 3 year old Hayward heat pump heater. He was not only very unfriendly to my wife and grandchildren, he must not have been very qualified either. After diagnosing the problem as a bad compressor and telling my wife it would be $1,100.00 to replace it (the parts were under warranty) he collected the $89.00 service charge and left. He provided no paperwork describing what he did, what would be required, or when it could be done. He didn't even leave a receipt for the service call. Having doubts, I called Mike from Air Expression Heating and Cooling who said he would come out and give a no obligation quote for free. Fifteen minutes later, after replacing the capacitor that cost $43.00, my heater was working perfectly. Thank you Mike! You saved me over $1000,00. I feel Heartland was either trying to put one over on us or simply was not qualified

I had a great experience with Mike at Heartland. I never felt taken advantage of and I was able to get Mike out the same day which was surprising because it was the coldest day of the year so far. Heartland will be my provider from now on.

Heartland was a pleasure to work with. Mike the service technician who came out knew what he was doing. I had another company out and I could tell a large difference in experience. The first company was only interested in selling me a new system, my unit is only 7 years old! Mike never tried to sell me a new unit and had it fixed for a reasonable price.
