Great, less expensive option than lumber liquidators. We bought wood flooring from this company and it is beautiful...we went back to order some trim pieces and both men that processed our order were extremely helpful and polite. Definately will come back for our flooring needs!

Bottom line - they don't stand behind their product and warranty. I would not make another purchase from Global BMS. We purchased over 2,000 sq ft of solid Acacia from Global BMS. The price seemed good, the sample they sent us was nice and they shipped it for a reasonable price. The product laid down nicely and looked great. For a few months. Then gaps started to occur. I guess it's better than cupping, but the gaps are large and everywhere. We had the floors in our house for over a month before the installation began so acclimation was not a problem. So we filed a warranty claim. We contacted Global and they said they'd send an independent certified wood floor inspector to inspect the floors. That took over 3 months to happen. I had to follow up numerous times to make sure someone was coming out for the inspection. Once the inspector submitted his report it took another two months to get the report back from Global. They tell me normally it takes a couple of weeks.
