Provided by SuperpagesHad to be towed there for 2 flat tires (tires were vandalized while parked at work on night shift). Tried to gouge me on tire mounting and balancing (already had an extra set of tires) and first told me he couldn't look at it till 10am. Then said since they're bigger rims he wasn't going to look at it till noon. Ended up driving on 2 flats to Tuffy on W. 5th Avenue, which was around the corner. They had great customer service and really helped me out by getting me back in the road quickly. I would not recommend this firestone to anyone. I was set back by the type of customer service, the man at front desk was rather rude and condescending. Very unhappy with the price gouging I had to deal with at Firestone on King Avenue.
