Not the attitude you'd expect from a business on grandview avenue. Don't go here. Would give negative stars if it were an option.



I called one evening at 6:30 to see their hours of operation, and she answered the phone saying "can I help you" in a rude and thoughtless tone. I said is this Brite Lites hair and nails (thinking I had the wrong number) and she said it again, almost yelling at me. And I thought maybe my line was muted, so I said again--"This is Brite Nails, correct?" And she said yes, and then yelled at me, saying "I'm closed, can I help you or not?!?!"



I replied saying, calmly "Well, I hoped you could but considering your rudeness and meanness, I don't think I'll be patronizing your business." I'd hoped she'd apologize, say she'd had a rough day, but she just hung up on me. As someone who owns her own service business, I called back to suggest she treat potential customers better. Word of mouth is a dangerous thing. The phone rang once, she picked it up and set it down to put it off the hook, without ever saying a word.



Don't spend your money with someone who treats people this way.
