I went to this establishment thinking I was going to get good customer service and great food. Well, the food was good, but the customer service needs some serious improvement. I went to the sign waiting to be seated. There was a employee standing right there, she then turned and walked away. There was probably 15-20 customers in there at the time. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes before another employee seated me. I was expecting a nice dining experience, but instead, I could have gotten just the same customer service at McDonald's.
