The colonoscopy was okay, however, the billing department is from hell. Unfortunately, the outstanding charges of $2300 were applied to my insurance deductible. I began making payments and for 2 years they have REFUSED to cash my checks. They are now holding my checking account hostage. They said my account was turned over to a collection agency. What kind of business refuses to cash over $1900 worth of checks made out to them?
