I believe that this company is willing to work with anyone who clearly communicates their budget and needs. The staff is courteous. They have a variety of new, and can accommodate your request for gently used furniture at their branch stores. You get what you pay for. This store is geared toward the middle-class family. I BOUGHT MATTRESS IT WAS WARPPEDI EXCHNGED IT FOR ANOTHER ONIT WAS WRAPPED AS WELLFILE BBB COMPLAINT NO ONE HAS YET RESPONDED

I had a recliner that would not stay down, I called many times to ask them to set up a repair time for it. No one would call me back. I then contacted BBB, they finally contacted me to make the repair. The furniture is still not working properly.
