This place is great! Very friendly staff, professional technicians, they have repaired my car for less time than the insurance company estimated. I was provided with a loaner vehicle and they also covered my deductible.

Run away do not go here they did work on my car that was not related to the incident. Also the positive reviews are being written by a guy who works here. Go to the franklin county court records to see lawsuits and the Ohio Attorney Generals Office Consumer complaints section and the better business bureau. There are several complaints about this shop and tax liens under his previous shop Ace Collision Repair. Don't go here!!! And the review by Aaron H is the owner not a satisfied customer. Check with the bbb and the attorney general's office.

Complete auto repaired my Kia soul in very short time considering the damage it had , Tim was accommodating and helpful with whole process, and my car looked like new again , thanks Complete Auto Body for putting me back on the road so quickly !
