This law firm states expertise on a number of legal topics, but in practice this is not as their website would suggest - at least for one of those topics. Expect a slow response to left phone messages (even after repeated voicemails / emails). Slow to take action after agreement to proceed with an activity - sometimes waiting weeks for action. Poor quality deliverables - poorly worded letters as an example. Most importantly, a lack of fundamental and basic knowledge on a topic they claim to have experience in - ultimately costing you time and money and compromising your case. If you should choose to inquire about this firms services, be very sure of what your expectations are and make them clear to the attorney - remember you are interviewing them....not the other way around. If you have any doubts (as with any prospective attorney), then simply walk away and find someone else - there are plenty of willing, able and competent attorney's out there, you just have to find them.

This is a small office in the Grandview area that provides a personalized service. I have used this firm for over 10 years for estate planning and for small business issues.
