had a terrible experience with the store mgr. Anna? (a blk. heavy set woman) back in 2009. I brought in an outfit that i had just bought one day prior to exchange for a larger size. The mgr. told me she couldnt accept the outfit because it didn't have the price tag attached on it (even though it had the designer labels still attached&in their bag). I looked in the bag because i remember seeing the tag in her hand when she rang the outfit up & I had assumed she had put the tag into the bag. Long story short, I got screwed because it was her word against mine and she was the manager. I never went back because of this. my money goes to other stores in the area such as rainbows, gap, aj, etc....i plan on returning to see if they have new management yet, i believe i am not the only one this happened to.
