I missed my flight this morning because the dispatcher did not give me a chance to ask if they accept credit cards when I called Even when I called back to see if the taxi was on the way he hung up before I could ask. I didn't find out until I called a third time that the driver didn't take credit cards. this company should not be listed here due to the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

Great, prompt, courteous service from my driver Berhe! Will definitely use this company again. It's great to actually call for a taxi and have one show up quickly. Customers are definitely a priority at Central Ohio German Village Taxi.
