Canei roofing company came out to inspect our roof for damage. My roommates and I were expecting a small fine of about $50-$90 for the inspection fee since we never go on our roof & could not have possibly caused any damage. However, they charged us a ridiculous $271 for "holes" in the roof caused by some flimsy fold up chairs that were on the roof for 2 hours. None of us even saw any inspection man come out and repair anything, and 1 of us is always home during the day. We saw absolutely no proof of damage or repair on our roof. Then when we tried to contact the company about the absurd charge, they were very difficult to get ahold of. Once we finally reached them, we requested the specific date/time that they did the repair, a work order form to show the true cost of the materials they used, & the specific spot on our roof where the damage occurred. They could not even provide 1 of these. Terrible customer service and proof of service process. Would never go to them for any roof work
