They said they would ship me an item next day, but they didn't send it out until 7 days after I called. As I was trying to find out where my item was, they generated a USPS tracking number 3 days after I called, while we were on the phone. They then sent the item 4 days after they generated the tracking number. All this time I kept calling them to see what was going on, it became harder and harder to get through to them, they couldn't seem to keep their answers straight and they kept on blaming the post office when they clearly hadn't given the package to a postal employee to be scanned.

I purchased an AC motor online and paid $80 for expedited shipping in addition to the $13 std shipping charge (Tim McCarthy said they don't make any money off of shipping which is a load of BS, I checked with Fedex and it was $32 for that shipment). He sent the wrong motor but claims it is equivalent. I sent him photos showing the difference and he stopped responding to my emails and won't refund. I will never do business again with them. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
