Very disappointed! Please be very careful of working with this company! Our garage door just had a small problem that a screw fixing the metal plate (connected to the heavy-duty spring with torque applied) onto the wall was loosing. I called the budget door company in Columbus for help, it turned out that it was absolutely a big mistake of doing that.

No one from the company showed up during the first service appointment; no any notifications of service cancelation to us about that; we confirmed with and were told by the company many times that they charge $65 service+labor for 1st 30min and then $15 service+labor for every 15min thereafter, and we were told to prepare $65 (30min total) for fixing this small problem; the 2nd service appointment had to be made; the person took 60min to finish things (no parts replacement) however charged us 90min service+labor fee; called the company back asking for clarifications but got extremely rude attitudes; I had to hang off the call and then the lady from the company called me back with the 1st thing to me was 'Was that you who hanged off my call? You?!'; no any sorry or feel any guilty from this company; they kept changing the reasons of why they charged us 90min service+labor fee and using irrelevant explanations to beat around the bush.

$30 more is nothing, but this is more about cheating, bad faith, irresponsibility, rudeness and impromptu sophistry from the company. Please be very careful of working with this company.
