we just bought this house 9-2010. and when the rain came, the basement flooded.

we call a big name company for an estimate. what they wanted to do would involved

a french drain in the basement and the cost was way way out of our reach.

we saw a brandy crete sign down the road from us, and ask if he could fix our problem. they leveled the ground, put gravel in the drive way and directed the water

away from the house. all done at 1/10 of the cost of the big name company.

i am so happy, no more water in the basement.. very reasonable, honest company.
