I ordered two dozen roses at the last minute, and the owner made a special trip to deliver them on time. I always have excellent service, unusual arrangements, and flowers I can't find anywhere else. The roses at Blooms Direct are just gorgeous!

I would like to thank the staff at Blooms Direct for the personalized service that they gave my family especially my mom. Our father passed away on January 12th of this year and my mom being 94 could not get out to go to the florist. We called Blooms and explained the situation and they had someone come to my moms house and sit with her and discuss the flowers that she wanted. This was a very trying time for her but Blooms was very understanding and made her feel very comfortable. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and just what mom wanted. Again thanks for going that extra step in service and quality. The flowers are still being talked about.
