We have a home warranty and Les with Big Ten Appliance was assigned to our claim. It was a wonderful experience. Les was there when he said he would be and he is extremely knowledgeable. We can't say enough good things about Les and this company.

My Home Repair Insurance makes me use this company and every time they come out there is a problem. The schedule appointments without talking to a person first. When you call to make sure they have your correct contact information, they do not update the technicians.



When they first came to fix my oven, they broke the stove top and it took 2 months to get it replaced.

Unreliable--promised to come and did not-tech sick-promised to come the next day and did not...did not call either....need i say more?? can't judge your work if you don't show up!
