B&A Realty is a property management/real estate business in Columbus, Ohio. I was a tenant in one of the apartments that they manage in the Short North/Campus area in 2011. The initial tour of the apartment was lead by Kaci, who was very friendly, helpful, and honest about the property and the management company as well. Kaci was speedy with any questions that we had regarding the apartment during our search, and also when my roommate and I went through the application process as well. The application process was easy and went quickly. B&A was even able to arrange with the previous tenants an earlier move-in date for us, upon our request.

Throughout our tenancy with B&A, my roommate and I never found the need to call for maintenance, as the apartment was kept up very well. Our visits to the B&A office (in Upper Arlington) were always very pleasant--the staff is very accommodating. It could be nice to have the office a bit closer to the campus area, but B&A has properties outside of the OSU area too, so the current office is pretty central to all anyway.

I would highly recommend B&A Realty for their excellent customer service and for their well maintained apartments/houses in Columbus, Ohio.
