Avalon provided the worst manicure service I have ever had. They cut me twice and refused to refund my money (which they had conveniently collected before the service was provided). They also cut my friend, who was there with me that day, so this was not a coincidence. I have been to much less expensive places where I felt safer and where the product was more professional. My manicurist missed spots, etc... Not to mention, being cut in a public place with shared tools is highly disturbing. I am very unhappy with Avalon. I will never return, and I urge you not to go at all! Avalon needs to shape up and respect their customers through providing a better quality service and making it right when they fall short.
