Very good service for a reasonable cost, I was very satisfied with the mechanics knowledge & will recommend this place to others for automotive repairs.

Honesty goes a long way with me I recommend everyone I know to this place. I have finally found a place that takes care of my needs without taking advantage of me unlike the other places I used to go toin westerville. Finally a decent place for me I leave knowing me and my kids are safe when I leave with my care. No job is to big or small always keeping me informed. Than you automotive specialist!!!

Wonderful work no gimmicks. Always bring your car to 3326 morse road the only place you can trust!!!! Brian is the one to ask for always gets it right and im always informed on whats going on and he gives great options with no high pressure sales. Very professional. A++++

It's a very long story but it took 10 days instead of 1-2 days for automotive specialists in columbus, ohio to replace a bad transmission with a newer used one. They received two wrong transmissions. The mechanic who worked on it was not a transmission specialist. They put in a clutch part also, unknown to my knowledge and charged me $365. The owner's wife stated that it was not their falt that the place where they got the transmission sent them two wrong ones. The owner's wife stated that I agreed for $1860 repairs so they did what they wanted without asking me permission first. She didn't grasp the concept that it was only an estimate, not what they should charge regardless of the real cost of the repairs. The transmission guy wanted to re-work the transmission regardless of their being nothing else wrong with it. I had to rent a car for 7 days rather than 1-2. The mechanic called me and wanted to fix something he thought was wrong (that had nothing to do with the transmission) for free?When I told the owner's wife that I was going to seek legal counsel, she said, "oh let me call my husband, we can negotiate on the price, how much do you think it should be?"

Lastly, my car, when supposingly fixed, sounded like a truck and was spitting & sputtering. I have to now take my car to someone else to have it looked and fixed properly. I don't want this experience to happen to anyone else.

Never been disappointed and they are reasonable in price. They have always done the job right and have not ripped me off. A couple of times they recommended a less expensive repair than what I thought I needed. I take all my cars here and have for several years. They are worth the drive to know the work is done right and at a fair price.
