My husband and I have only been here for four months and have had issues already. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. We were supposed to have a washer/dryer and after 4 months still don't. I would not rent from here. It's a bad area and horrible housing.

I've lived here with my best friend for almost 3 years, and we have had no issues. We did have a mouse at one point, and squirrels in the ceiling. Anytime I have an issue lthey take care of it immediately. Tamera is kind and has made both my housemate's stay and mine relatively great. I moved out here because it was pretty good price wise and yet close enough to campus while I worked on my masters at OSU. I drive a pretty new Mustang as does my boyfriend and our cars have always been left alone. I have LEDs under my car and my neighbors all know my car, when I'm at home and when I'm not. It is a quiet neighborhood, and maybe it's just the neighbors we have had, but we never hear the neighbors except when they walk up the wooden stairs that creak sometimes. The area surrounding these apartments can be dangerous, but I've always felt pretty safe in the complex I live. Everyone I live around is pretty friendly and some long time tenants know the area and keep an eye out on my vehicle and apartment when I'm not around. The fee to keep an animal monthly is reasonable, and my cat, Muffin, enjoys the back patio in the summer. The one thing I am not impressed by is the laundry facility, my clothes never come out smelling fresh and many of the machines eat coins and leave the clothes wet.

my apartment was robbed, never did anything,5 of my neighbors were stolen, placed a security officer for a week and then do nothing more, charge maintenance fees and never notified, people working in the office are very helpful at first, then never help anything, and treat you bad

The office staff is completely unprofessional! Especially Angela who gives herself a fake title. They don't want to help out any residents and want to keep current residents stuck in this horrible apartment community! Teresa is also bad news! RUN RUN RUN!!!

A few pretty trees and a little bit of landscape is just a ploy to get you in here. Townhomes are $hit. Drafty, paper thin walls, bugs constantly coming in from outside ( water bugs, potato bugs,ants) and I've only been here a month and a half so who know what else will creep in. My husband's car was stolen right outside of our house and if there is supposed to be patrol securing the premises then where the hell were they then? Probably were getting a quickie from one of the wh*re$ he found on the bottoms. Office staff are rude and insensitive. Only here for a paycheck. As for more on the insides of these apts: dishwasher sucks, have to wash by hand to really get them clean. Parking sucks also. We were told we had assigned parking but never told exactly where it was just that it was on side of building. But I'd rather want my car outside my house and that's why I park on the street. As soon as our lease is up we are looking for another place to live, can't take it already.

This apartment complex is TERRIBLE! I am still under the old lease and they are lowing rent for the new people just moving in under their lease. They have told me they will not lower my rent even if I were to sign a lease with the new management. It's BULL C@!P! They had the flier on the desk I seen it and asked about it, and the lady in the office took it off and acted like I was not suppose to know about the lowing of the rent for the new people under their lease. NEVER MOVE HERE! It's TERRIBLE!! They don't care about your stuff or anything!! And the apartments are poorly kept as well.
