Met friends yesterday for a quick drink "Great Margaritas" yum yum!

I am a manager at a restuarant food chain in Central Ohio and I had lunch at your facility today and was very unhappy with my service there. I have ate at several AppleBees throughout Ohio and have never been dissatisfied! I ordered the new chicken dijon today and was give section of potatoes (4 small peices) what a dissapointment....when I had originally asked for the Potato Casserole! At first they didnt give me any potatoes I had to ask my server to get them for me! We were there between one pm and two pm today! Customer Service is a big part of operating a good quality restuarant! I hope to be served better in the future! Thank you for your time!

Went there today for my birthday lunch with the girls, mom, and grandkids. Not impressed. The food nothing great. Service is fine but not over the top. Prices are too high for the quality of the meals. Would only go back if I was starving. My daughter said its one step up from TeeJays Country Place YUK! I was trying to give half a star but it wouldn't let me. They won't take reservations..the place was empty at 12:15. Lunch time you would think the place would be packed. I called at 10:15 in the morning to reserve a table for 8. No can do. I felt like it was an imposition that they had to push tables together to accommodate us. I always liked the Applebees located on Morse Rd. I thought this would be the same. We go out quite a bit for family birthdays, etc. but never back there. Try to stay away from chain restaurants they don't seem to have the act together.
