Tough to give a review when they do not show up for not one but two appointment. The HVAC sector must be doing fine that they can miss out on $1,000's of income. Typical of servi e providers in this segment.

Nothing but problems with the furnace and the A/C unit installed in September 2010. I did not chose them--the remodeling contractor did. the A/C was not used much but we noticed it wasn't very cool for the hot wedding day of October 9. Since we didn't really use it much we didn't know the heat was not working properly until a holiday. They kept coming out and not finding out the problem with heat so we went without heat for DAYS around Thanksgiving and again during Christmas. After fixing some things that weren't installed properly, they finally said it was a programming error on their part, but in the interim tried to say it could be the filter (which had just been replaced). Then the A/C went out in June during the hottest days/nights on record, and they said it was the fan hitting a copper pipe outside. Within a few days it is not working again, of course on a Saturday, and they had no one to fix it and said to call in Sunday. On Sunday I'm at the end of the list for 3-6 pm, and the
