I have been using Air Supply for many years, both for my residential home and rental home. The service techs are always very knowledgeable, on-time for appointments, able to quickly figure out the problem, and very upfront with me about what it will take to fix the problem. The office staff is very accommodating, always professional and polite, and very helpful. I have referred all my friends and family to this fine company.

I called Air Supply when my air conditioner stopped working. They came out quickly and returned my air conditioner to working order in no time at all. I've since called on Air Supply to help with my heating system when I was selling my house and received the same prompt and great service. Their kind and knowledgeable staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Air Supply for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Called the company after another company was unable to repair my unit and my friend referred me to Air Supply. The technician came out and was very nice. Repaired my unit in one hour and even had the part on the truck. Price was fair and service was excellent. I will refer Air Supply to others

Just wanted to say that my experience with my service went very well. They arrived on time and called as a courtesy when they were on their way. Another company quoted me over twice the amount I spent on my repair and I am so very happy with the professionallism of Air Supply.

I just called to ask if it cost to see why my airconditioning unit is not working and they lady that answered the phone said (very RUDE) "Well yes because we don't have a crystal ball". I asked how much and she said 95.00 for the first half hour and 22 dollars each 15 minutes. But we ususally can figure it out in the first 30 minutes" I reply "It can take a half hour to see why it is not working ??" She got very snippy and said "I said it usually can be done in less than half an hour" So - needless to say - they are not getting my business with that attitude !!! They need to hire a more polite receptionist - VERY RUDE !!!

Woke up and found my furnace not heating in freezing temps. They arrived during the time quoted and offered a call ahead service so I could go to work as usual and leave for my appointment. The technician was professional and explained the failure to me. He had the part to repair my furnace on his truck and performed the job in a timely manner. I have found my service company of choice and I highly recommend them.

I called them last fall and made an appointment for a specific timeframe I would be able to get away from work and they didn't show up or call back afterwards. Absolutely unacceptable. Use this company at your own risk!
