This is a company with little to no business ethics. It does not stand behind it's own management decisions nor honor of comittment. Because I wanted my air conditioner fixed and this companys ethics, it became a virtual nightmare that NEVER should have been! The actual story is long, but, to make it short - I wouldn't hire these people to sweep my sidewalk! It seems from my own personal experience that the heating and cooling business is trying to one-up the perverbial reputation that the used car salesman worked so hard to build!
