I ordered a cab at 2pm and here it its 5:30 pm and still haven't seen a cab yet. What kind off business runs like this. I will never offer service from them again.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!

I interacted w/ a driver (cab #973) loitering at a location I do security for. I was pleasant with the driver and informed him if property rules. The driver proceeded to cuss me out and make other rude gestures.
Then when I called and reported him, they didn't seem interested and seemed like this was "acceptable" for him to act like that representing the company. Stay away! All the negative reviews on here appear totally accurate!

Yeah not a good cab company at all....

If anyone takes this company they are fools I used to work for them and like another person said on here like the cartoon they are a joke SO many customers I had to calm down and try to earn their trust back in Columbus AND Delaware anywhere from cabbies falling asleep at the wheel to being an hour and a half late AND to top it off when the customers would call to complain they would get treated rudely I can't believe this place is Still in business they rip off their employees and treat the customers like crap believe me or not if you don't just call in to make a complaint or try to get a cab and see what happens sure there may be a few good cabbies but for the most part think twice before calling this place

We waited for 5 minutes before an operator answered and he was extrememly rude. He told us the wait would be about 20 minutes...50 minutes later we called to cancel the cab.

On 12/3010 I received a ride from acme taxi. Cab 09 the driver was on time very polite courteous. I was not feeling well and the driver took extra care taking me home after my outpatient treatment. I would recommend their services to any one who asks. Thank you Acme Taxi!

Robbed by Acme cab driver.

I took an Acme cab from the "Private Dancer" on Trabue Rd, Columbus, to my home off Hubbard Rd.



About 2 miles from my home the cab driver stopped abruptly on a Delinger Road, demanded all of my money and threw me out of his cab. I called 911 Immediately and was rescued by the Franklin County Sheriff within 5 minutes. Do not use this cab company.

I havent heard of this event taking place. Did you get the cab number? Did you report it to the proper authorities? We have NEVER had a complaint like that.

Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!

Called to get a simple quote for a ride to the airport from Pickerington. Person who answered the phone was stand offish and flat out rude. Hung up after 15 seconds! Will never call back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



With a name like Acme, what else should one expect. Just like a Warner Brothers Cartoon! A joke!

I read some of the negative review about this company and I thought (like one person had said) "Yeah, maybe that person was over-reacting a little bit and maybe the fact that someone called and bugged them is the reason why she didn't get excellent service", but then I called.



All I wanted to do was call a cab so I could take my boyfriend out to a bar for his 21st birthday and I chose to call a cab so I wouldn't be drinking and driving, damn me for that I guess!! When I called the first time the lady was very polite and told me the cab "Wouldn't be long at all." And after Yellow Cab had failed me earlier that night by not showing up, I found that to be an acceptable answer. 40 minutes later, still no cab. So, not wanting to be mean, I called back just to check the status. The operator knew who I was upon calling and again assured me that it "Wouldn't be long at all." I politely replied "Ma'am, I was told that 40 minutes ago." She then assured me again that the driver would be there soon and he would call when he was outside.



An hour and a half goes by and I let my boyfriend call them back. He wasn't mean to them, and she first started with the same. "It won't be long at all" reply. He then told her he would really appreciate a time frame as we had been waiting a LITTLE longer than "not long at all". She then said "We're really busy and we aren't giving no times now. It's not going to be long." Clearly annoyed with the butchering of the English language, he hung up.



3 hours passed and we finally decided that our plans had been ruined and it wasn't going to work out. He called back one more and explained politely that we had been waiting three hours and he asked if there was a way he could make a formal complaint. The operator replied cheerfully, "No, sir, there's not." He then told her, "Well, that's wonderful. Thanks for ruining my evening."



I strongly advise against calling this company. We are making a complaint with the BBB as I type.

This place took 3 hours to come and pick up and we call several times they thought we were already picked up, But we never were picked up at all and had to get another service! DON'T USE them.
