We offer sewer line clean out for a low $80 fee, and $40 per additional hour as needed. Most can be fixed within one hour. We also offer new fixture installations (toilets, faucets, water heaters) for $50 each (you provide fixture) plus hookup materials (usually less than $10). We do not do plumbing repairs. All work is guaranteed and if we can't clear your sewer line...you'll owe us nothing at all. That's our guarantee to you.

I also have a lawn service company offering lawns mowed/ trimmed/ blown off for $40 based on an average sized yard. We can do larger yards for slightly more (We do not mow lawns with steep inclines for safety reasons). I use only the best of yard equipment which includes a Husqvarna YTH22V46 riding mower, a Husqvarna 223L line trimmer, and a Husqvarna 150 BT backpack blower. Your yard will look great when I am finished with it... that's guaranteed.
