Very disappointing with the steel delivery service. This is my second time here the first time I was here for 31/2 hrs. The second time 3 hrs. We know sometimes something comes up but us flatbed steel delivery people do have quotas we have to meet also..maybe a new investment in a bigger forklift so the guys can take off more than 1/bundle at a time or more than 1 bundle every 15 minutes or so
