DO NOT ENGAGE THIS GROUP! The structure that was created for my business regarding my aircraft is considered a sham in my state. I spent $40,000 more than I would have had I just paid the sales tax. I was audited for 3 years and still had to pay.

This firm promises to represent you legally but not in my state. I had to hire an attorney

during the appeals process. It looks good initially but don't get burned like I did. Some firms out there can protect much better than ATC.
